Mission
An incubator, not an institution.
Faith Out Loud! is an incubator of Black churches, communities, and movement organizations building strategies rooted in the gospel, anchored in liberation.
We exist to make faith visible in action, to move beyond comfort into conviction, and to help build a future where justice is not an aspiration, but a lived reality.
Our vision: a world where all people thrive, where the deep roots of the Black church nourish movements that transform communities and challenge systems of oppression.
The method

Form
Grounding people in liberative faith traditions — the theology, history and practice that has always carried Black freedom movements.
Equip
Training voices for public, prophetic witness, so that clergy and lay leaders can speak with clarity when it counts.
Mobilize
Moving faith into action for justice — turning conviction into organized, sustained pressure.
Amplify
Centering the voices that have been silenced, and making sure they are heard beyond the sanctuary.

Rev. Traci Blackmon serves as Lead Catalyst for Faith Out Loud!, holding the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization. Her ministry has long joined the pulpit to the street, insisting that the gospel is not neutral in the face of injustice.
Rev. CeCe Davis-Jones serves as Chief Operations Officer, managing the internal systems and logistics that let the work move — from budgets and grants to the details of getting people in a room together.
Elder Stephanie Reed serves as Congregations Catalyst, organizing faith leaders and congregations into shared strategy — building the relationships that turn individual churches into a network.
Rev. Gabrielle Fields serves as Youth and Young Adult Catalyst, building relationships with young adults and creating the spaces where their leadership is trusted rather than deferred.
Kortni Blackmon serves as Programs Director, leading project design and implementation across every city where Faith Out Loud! works.
